A male doctor specialising in women's matters

Question: A male doctor has recently graduated and wants to specialise in women's matters and gynecology. So what is the ruling regarding that?
Response: I am of the opinion that he should not do so. (Rather), his speciality should be in an area specific to men. That is because the specialising of men in matters related to women is a (source of) great fitnah, and it is feared for him that he will be tested in terms of his religion, and as a result his religion will be compromised because of the (affairs affecting) this world.
