Regarding moving the finger or pointing with it without moving in tashahhud

Question:
Regarding moving the index finger (of the right hand) in the tashahhud position; Should it be moving or is it sufficient to just point without moving?
Response:
Both of them are from the Sunnah of the Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam), whilst it is better to move (it).
