Question:
What is the ruling concerning wiping over thin, translucent
socks?
Response:
From the conditions of wiping over socks is that the socks
must be thick and concealing. If they are thin and translucent,
it is not allowed to wipe over them. This is because, in that
case, the foot is considered uncovered.
