Concerning
the Imaam of Hadeeth,
the Shaykh - Muhammad
Naasiruddeen al-Albaanee (rahima-hullaah),
it has been narrated by Sameer ibn Ameen az-Zuhayree:
"From
the day I knew him, he was never known to leave off fasting
on Mondays and Thursdays - throughout the entire year,
unless he was travelling or ill (and this was the case even
before I knew him)."
