Concerning the Muhaddith, the Shaykh - Hammaad
ibn Muhammad al-Ansaaree (rahima-hullaah),
it has been narrated by his son 'Abdul-Awwal that the Shaykh
said:
"The
term ((democracy)) means ((permissibility)) (i.e. making all
things permissible)"
